Our concentrated programs allows students the opportunity to earn their Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts or Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking in as little as fifteen months. The program allows students to plan a consistent schedule throughout the program. Morning, mid-morning, and evening schedules are available.
